Processing Time

How long will it take?
Once you place an order, it’ll take us 5 to 7 days to complete the shoes (pick up your shoe size from the store then start to paint). Then, we will ship them in the next 10 to 15 days.

If we accidentally supply an incorrect order e.g. wrong sizes or wrong designs we are going to solve our mistake immediately, please get in touch with us upon receipt of your order, any exchanges must be conditional and returned to us unworn and in the original package.
